About me
My journey in holistic healing began in 2020 when my health declined after having my second child. Frustrated with the lack of progress after visiting multiple doctors, I eventually turned to a local naturopath. The treatment focused on addressing the root causes of my issues rather than merely masking the symptoms. This experience led me to delve deep into herbal medicine and the healing properties of nature. While studying herbalism, I noticed many people around me struggling with various health issues, which fueled my desire to help others through natural methods.
My work is driven by a fascination with the connection between human beings and the remarkable healing properties of phytomedicine(the use of plants / herbs for therapeutic purposes). I advocate for and educate on a holistic approach, considering the body as a whole and integrating physical, psychological, and emotional health.
As a certified hijama (cupping) practitioner, I offer both wet and dry cupping. Cupping is one of the oldest and most effective methods for releasing toxins from the body. It promotes blood flow, detoxifies, and stimulates the body's natural healing mechanisms. I strongly recommend cupping as a routine detoxification method to counteract the toxins present in our food, water, air, and environment.
As a clinical herbalist, I provide consultation services, working one-on-one with clients to assess their overall health profiles using diagnostic and clinical skills. I utilize my extensive knowledge of herbs and plant medicine to create tailored multi-herb medicinal preparations based on individual needs.
